Lookie Delete User Process
Instructions on requesting complete deletion of your Lookie user account and associated personal data.
Your Right to Account & Data Deletion
You have the right to request the complete deletion of your Lookie account and all associated personal data.
Upon receiving a valid request, we will permanently delete your user record from Firebase Authentication and erase all personal information and non-public data (like your profile details, session history, and unsaved drafts) stored across our servers.
Publicly Shared Tours Notice
Please note that all tours and related data you have explicitly created and shared publicly through the Lookie app will not be automatically deleted.
By creating and sharing tours publicly, you acknowledge that this content becomes the property of Daedalus Media and continues to be shared openly as per the terms you agreed to when using the service. This non-personal, publicly shared tour data is retained for the integrity and continuity of the platform.
How to Initiate Account Deletion
Option 1: Directly Inside the Lookie App
If you are currently logged in, you can delete your account immediately:
- Open the Lookie App.
- Tap on your Profile / Settings icon in the top right.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the prompt. Your user credentials and personal profile will be deleted immediately.
Option 2: Email Request (Web / Logged Out)
If you cannot access the app or wish to request deletion from the web, please send an email to our dedicated support address:

* Email requests are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your record has been permanently removed from Firebase Authentication.
